WHAT MAKES WOW HAMPER GIFTS DIFFERENT?

Wow Hamper specialises in both pre-made and bespoke gift boxes and hampers filled with products designed to inspire happiness and joy. Our hampers have been created as a unique and quirky gift to send someone who needs a little boost of happiness on special days. A great alternative to conventional gifts such as flowers, chocolate or alcohol, our hampers come packed with a thoughtful combination of fun products to inspire joyfulness and wellbeing. Our online store makes it quick and easy to send a special gift to brighten someone’s day.

CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALISED NOTE?

Absolutely, this is the part we love! All gifts can be personalised by either adding a gift card at the checkout or just leaving a message in the comments section at the checkout. All notes will be lovingly handwritten by us, to give your gift that added personal touch.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO SHIP?

All our hampers are shipped from our Wow Hamper head office in Sydney, NSW, Australia via Courier or Express Post. As a guideline, it generally takes 1 – 5 days for your gift to arrive. You will receive a tracking number and confirmation via email once your order has shipped. Please note that packages shipped to Western Australia, Northern Territory, Christmas Island or remote rural areas can sometimes take 6-12 business days.

CAN I CHOOSE A PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE?

Yes. You can choose a ‘preferred’ delivery date in the comments section of the checkout. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery on a specific day, but we will make sure to send your gift in plenty of time to arrive on or before the date requested.

CAN I SHIP GIFTS TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Yes, and we make it easy for you, just add a note during the checkout!

MY PACKAGE HASN’T ARRIVED YET

We’re so sorry to hear it! We are human, and we work with humans to deliver your packages, so once in a blue moon, things happen. Sometimes a force of nature, a courier delay, or other unforeseen circumstances can occur. No matter the reason, don’t worry; we will always do everything in our power to get your packages delivered quickly and safely!
